Snow Day in Louisiana

It actually snowed in Louisiana. It was absolutely beautiful. We all thought that it would not stick and would melt really fast. But to our amazment, the snow was still on the ground the day of graduation. It was wierd driving in the snow and not going to school because it SNOWED, but I would not trade it for the world. Snow is dangerous, but it sure is gorgeous!!!

MASTER'S GRADUATION

Yay, I Graduated!! I have been working on my Master's in Educational Leadership, Administration and Supervision, for the past 2 years. It was a lot of hard work and dedication and I am glad that it is over. I graduated on Saturday, December 13th. I decided that I was going to do the hooding ceremony as well as walk across the stage. There were over 1200 graduates that day. Yes, it was a LONG graduation. But after all of the hard work, it was worth it. It is an accomplishment that I am proud to say that I achieved. Now the future can only be brighter from here on out!!

National Board

I PASSED!!! Oh my gosh I can't believe it. I actually passed my National Board. It was soooooooo much work and I am just glad that it is OVER!! I am also glad that I get a HUGE pay raise now since I passed it. Now I can relax and enjoy life!!!

NASCAR DRIVER - Kasey Kahne #9

Can you believe it, I met Kasey Kahne (the LOVE of my life)!! Yes, I am a Nascar fan. I know many people think that it is a very wierd thing, but I am! I flew to Texas on Halloween and Chris and I met Kasey Kahne #9. He is AWESOME and I'll admit, he's a sweetheart and pretty CUTE too!! He autographed many things for us. It was one of the most exciting days of my life. I thought that meeting Kasey Kahne was exciting enough, but Ryan Newman, #12, another Nascar driver, walked right by me in Cabela's and I met him too!! That's Crazy, I know. So I ended up with 2 Nascar drivers autographs in one night. It was awesome!!!
